The Computer Science Department discussed the tagged doctoral thesis
Crowd Management Using Deep Learning via Wireless Network.
For the doctoral student (Mohamed Abdel-Jalil Maktouf), Computer Science/General, in the discussion room in the Computer Science Department building.
The thesis, consisting of five chapters, aims to discuss the problem of detecting and calculating human population momentum and finding an easy solution method to detect and calculate population momentum in a census through the use of a deep learning neural network algorithm.
The conclusions reached by the researcher include the adoption of artificial intelligence technology to control crowds and their locations, in addition to the possibility of discovering safe algorithms for crowd data to control them from any breaches that could pose a threat to them.
The discussion committee consisted of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Tariq Sadiq as Chairman, and Prof. Dr. Abeer Tariq Mouloud, Prof. Dr. Shaima Hamid Shaker, Prof. Dr. Khaled Shaker Jassem, and Prof. Dr. Shatha Habib Jaafar as members. Dr. Ibrahim Nadir Ibrahim, member and supervisor, and Prof. Israa Tahseen Ali, member and supervisor.
