The Research and Development Directorate / Entrepreneurial Project Management Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research commended the Journal of Soft Computing and Computer Application, published by the Computer Science Department, based on the attached performance report within the monthly performance reports of Iraqi journals participating on the Elsevier - Digital Commons platform. This recognition is for its efforts in implementing the strategic agreement signed between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Elsevier to enhance the performance of Iraqi journals and facilitate their inclusion in global indexing databases.
