Israa Abdulameer Abduljabbar received her B.Sc. degree in 2003 and M.Sc. degree in 2006 in Computer Science both were from the Department of Computer Science, University of Technology-Baghdad, Iraq, and PhD. Degree in 2014 from School of Computer and Information in Hefei University of Technology- Hefei, China. She is currently a full-time Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at University of Technology, Baghdad, Iraq. Her major areas of research Interest include Artificial Intelligence, Heuristic and Meta-heuristic Computing, Neural Networks, Natural language processing , Machine translation ,Information security, Bioinformatics applications, Image Processing, computer vision, face Recognition and pattern recognition Systems. Israa is an author (co-author) of more than 20 published papers. She is now the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Distributed Artificial Intelligence (IJDAI- IGI-Global)/USA. Moreover, She is a reviewer for several international journals, includes IGI Global, SAI Organization (IJACSA), Scirp.org (WJET) and others.

Ekhlas Falih Naser earned her Ph.D. in Multimedia from the Department of Computer Sciences at the University of Technology (UOT), Baghdad, Iraq in 2018. Naser earned her bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences from the Department of Computer Sciences at the University of Technology (UOT), Baghdad, Iraq in 1998 and master’s degree in Data Security from the Department of Computer Sciences at the University of Technology (UOT), Baghdad, Iraq in 2006. Naser is a rapporteur of Artificial Intelligence branch in the Department of Computer Sciences at the University of Technology (UOT) since 2012. Her research interested focus on computer vision and image processing, video processing ,data security and hiding, and pattern recognition.
