On Monday, September 23, 2024, a workshop was held on how to use the graduate student monitoring system, programmed by Assistant Lecturer Fadel Abbas Fadel and Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Thamer Abdulhadi from the Computer Science Department. The event was attended by the Director of the Graduate Studies Department at the University of Technology, along with all academic assistants and the heads of the Graduate Studies Division at the university. The purpose of this workshop was to introduce the academic and administrative staff to the system’s usage, demonstrating how its tools can be utilized to monitor graduate students and facilitate the management of each student’s academic progress. This system marks a significant step towards improving communication between students and supervisors and organizing academic information with greater precision and efficiency.
