Under the patronage of the President of the University of Technology, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Hassan Al-Ghabban, the Department of Computer Science will hold its third international scientific conference for computer science for the period from 24-25 August 2021 in the hall of the Department of Control and Systems Engineering. The conference addresses many topics, including systems software, artificial intelligence, computer security, computer networks, multimedia, computer engineering, mathematical science technology, and computer applications. One of the objectives of the conference is to identify the issues and common research interests of researchers from different countries and universities, evaluate the applied possibilities of research in solid international journals, and work to consolidate institutional linkage and enhance partnership between the public and private sectors on the one hand and between the institutions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on the other hand through consultancy and research And closer scientific and cultural cooperation in the field of higher education.

Got teaching in the Department of Computer Science Professor Dr. Alaa Kadhim Farhan on the thanks and appreciation from the Second International Conference of Technology and Science Nanotechnology, which was his residence at Tehran University in 07/08/2021 in appreciation of his efforts in the membership of a scientific committee.

The Statistics Division in the Department of Computer Science has completed its work in the university statistics for the current year 2020-2021, where the Director of the Division Haider Muhammad spoke about the statistics that were sent to the Ministry, which included statistics about the students of primary studies (morning and evening) from attendance, absence, separation, numbering, registration and statistics about the department’s laboratories and the Warehouse Division And the Library Division and comprehensive statistics on graduate students and the activities of teachers from scientific conferences inside and outside the country, workshops and courses.
