Under the patronage of the President of the University of Technology, Professor Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Hassan Al-Ghaban, and with direct supervision from the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, Professor Dr. Khawla Salah Khshan, and under the theme "Technology: Achievements and Sustainability," students from the Department of Computer Science participated along with other university departments in the final stage of the fifth edition of the Graduation Projects Competition for the academic year 2023-2024. The scientific committee relied on specific criteria for the competition, such as creativity, innovation, time management, responsiveness, and project understanding. The participation of the Department of Computer Science was distinguished with the research titled "A Security Irrigation System in IoT Environments" by students Dawood Haitham Dawood, Zahraa Falah Hassan, and Rahaf Shamil Farhan, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Alaa Kazem Farhan. At the end of the festival, the President of the University, Professor Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Hassan Al-Ghaban, awarded certificates of appreciation to the participants.
