The branches of the Computer Science Department hold training workshops and electronic experimental examinations
Under the direct supervision of the Head of the Computer Science Department, Prof. Dr. Alya Karim Abdel-Hassan, the Computer Science Department has established in its six branches (Software, Information Systems, Network Management, Data Security, Artificial Intelligence, Multimedia), training workshops and experimental exams for students of the second, third and fourth stages of the morning and evening studies for a few days. Tuesday and Wednesday 16 and 17 March 2021, as through these workshops, the electronic exam that was adopted in the implementation of the final electronic examinations for the first semester of the academic year 2020-2021 was explained to him. The Department of Computer Science discussed a master's thesis tagged "Proposal to create a SALSA20 key based on face detection technology to encode voice over the Internet" for student Raya Wissam Abdel Jabbar, Computer Science / Information Systems, in the discussion room in the annex building in the Computer Science Department. The message, consisting of five chapters, discusses proposing a security system to encrypt audio data before sending it over the network using the streaming coding system based on the SALSA20 algorithm with the new method. Between individuals, however, Internet technologies do not provide any mechanism for security.
